The liveliest ski resort in Italy awaits you with its slopes and snowparks
A mountain resort in Lombardy, not far from the Swiss border, Livigno is famous in Italy and Europe for its snowparks, its slopes and its descents. Because, in winter, Livigno is truly the home of skiers. And the credit goes to its 100 sqkm of skiable area, to the 115 slopes between black red and blue, to the 6 cable cars, the 11 ski lifts and the 14 chairlifts. But also to the 30 km of cross-country trails, between the valley and the snow.
Those who do not ski, on the other hand, can ride a fat bike on the track and in the woods of Valandrea and Val Federia. Or you can do winter trail on the 27 km of panoramic track, try your hand at paragliding or walk with snowshoes. Those traveling with children can walk with llamas and alpacas, ice skate or go on "frozen" go-karts. And everyone can whiz on a snowmobile or relax at Aquagranda, one of the largest indoor water parks in Europe.
In Livigno, getting bored is really impossible. Here, in the heart of the Italian Alps, sports and entertainment are never lacking.
